COUNTY OF LARIMER, COLORADO NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of December, 2025, at Fort Collins, Colorado final settlement will be made by the County of Larimer with Zak Dirt, Inc., 14290 Hilltop Road, Longmont, Colorado, 80504, herein after called the "Contractor" for and on account of the contract for Bid No B25-01, Project Number 8096 – Highway 287 & 57th Street Sidewalk Project (Federal Aid Project No. C060-090, 23632)
Any person(s), co-partnership, association or corporation having an unpaid claim against said project, for or on account of the furnishing of labor, material, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may, at any time up to and including said time of final settlement, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
All such claims shall be filed with the Larimer County Engineering Department either by email, or physical mail (USPS mail or courier) as identified below and must be received on or before 4:30 p.m. on the final settlement date referenced above.

Failure on the part of the creditor to file such statement subsequent to such final settlement will relieve the County of Larimer from any and all liability for such claim.
