(our clock), on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened, to consider contracting with one (1) vendor for file imaging services for the Larimer County Planning Department. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM (our clock) on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in the Lake Loveland Conference Room, located on 2nd floor of 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, Colorado. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and answer questions. Prospective proposers are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the conference. Vendors should read the entire proposal document prior to the meeting.
