Description

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids at the office of the Purchasing Director, 200 W. Oak Street, Suite 4000, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521, up to 2:00 P.M. (our clock), on March 25, 2019.

The work consists of construction of a permanent landfill closure at Larimer County’s Landfill, southwest of the City of Fort Collins. Approximately 155,000 cubic yards of Excavation & Embankments (Complete in Place), 28,000 cubic yards of topsoil placement, and construction surveying are among items included in the work.

PRE-BID MEETING/SITE VISIT
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM ON MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2019, at the Administration Office of the Larimer County Landfill Solid Waste Department, located at 5887 S. Taft Hill Road Fort Collins, Colorado. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and answer questions. Bidders are strongly requested (not required) to attend and participate in the conference as this will be the only opportunity for access to the site. Vendors should read the entire bid document prior to the meeting.
