ON-SITE VISIT
An On-Site Visit will be held at 9:00 AM (Colorado Time) on April 8, 2025. At this meeting we will be walking the site of this project, so please dress appropriately. All vendors are to meet at the Crystal Lakes Headquarters, 300 Tami Rd, Red Feather Lakes, CO. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZSRspwqynwty5Ctu6) Vendors are requested (not required) to attend the on-site visit. Vendors should read the entire Invitation to Bid documentation prior to the meeting.
Directions from Livermore, CO:
From Hwy 287, proceed west onto County Road 74e/ Red Feather Lakes Road and continue for 23.9 miles. Turn right onto N Co Rd 73c/Creedmore Lakes Rd and proceed 4.7 miles. Turn right to stay on N Co Rd 73C/Creedmore Lakes Rd. In ½ mile turn left onto Tami Rd and then turn right onto Ottawa Way. Entrance will be on the left.
SITE VISIT WILL START PROMPTLY; DO NOT ARRIVE LATE.

Representatives from Larimer County, CLRRA, and the Forester will be present to highlight some of the unique and important pieces of this project.
