The Authority seeks a Design Build(BD) approach to provide Design, Preconstruction, and Construction Services for a renovation project at Viking Square Apartments (The Project). The Authority will contract the awarded GC in a Design-Build approach to this project. Scope of Work includes: Exterior stair replacement, concrete replace/repair and ramp additions, replace doorways with storefront doors, asphalt mill & overlay, replace interior railings, replace chain link and wooden fencing, install fire alert system to meet new fire code, possibly add a trash enclosure.
