The County of Jefferson, Colorado, is accepting proposals for services for a SaaS or Hybrid (SaaS & On-Premises) Commercial off the shelf (“COTS”) Automated Reporting System (“ARS”, Incident Reporting), Records Management Solution (“RMS”) and a Jail Management Solution (“JMS”) that meets all the requirements of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (“JCSO”). Qualified offerors will work in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these RFP documents to provide the configuration, implementation, data conversion, API or other integration work, maintenance, and training of a fully functioning, highly configurable, scalable, and seamlessly integrated software solution(s).
