SCOPE
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) to support the mental health of our sworn employees. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) has been awarded a grant to fund brain mapping and neurofeedback therapy as one of the opportunities to support sworn employees and their mental health. Suppliers are responsible for the review and understanding of the specifications outlined within this solicitation.

SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform.  No paper or late Proposals will be accepted.  All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule.  Questions must be submitted through the RMEPS Platform using the Question & Answer feature.   All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.

ADDENDA/REVISIONS/QUESTION & ANSWERS
Participants are required to review all revisions to the Solicitation Package and all published Questions and Answers before submitting an offer. Make sure that the latest version of documents have been reviewed as well as all public announcements.
