DESCRIPTION: Jefferson County Open Space is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, and build a turn-key rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) installation at two park trailheads. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis, and provide system monitoring and maintenance.

SCOPE
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase rooftop solar on restroom roofs at two Open Space park trailheads in 2023. Suppliers are responsible for review and understanding specifications outlined within this solicitation.

SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform.  No paper or late bids will be accepted.  All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.

There will not be a pre-bid conference for this solicitation.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule.  Questions must be submitted through the RMEPS Platform using the Question & Answer feature.   All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.
