DESCRIPTION: This project is for the 2023 and 2024 ARPA funds. To ensure that the Coroner’s Office operates adequately on a day-to-day basis and is prepared for a mass fatality event or another pandemic response, it is important to ensure that this group has the required modern electronic equipment for staff.
SCOPE
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase electronic equipment utilizing federal funding. Suppliers are responsible for review and understanding specifications outlined within this solicitation.
SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform. No paper or late bids will be accepted. All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule. Questions must be submitted through the RMEPS Platform using the Question & Answer feature. All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.
