Description

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the District invites qualified vendors to propose a modern, subscription‑based Storage Area Network (SAN) solution that will replace the District’s aging storage infrastructure. The required solution must provide two functionally identical SAN appliances, each offering 100 TB of usable raw physical capacity, deployed across separate data centers and capable of hosting both stretched and non‑stretched LUNs for the District’s VMware ESXi environment.

Proposals must cover all associated hardware, perpetual or subscription software licensing, dynamic lifecycle entitlements (e.g., seamless controller or capacity refresh as part of the subscription), implementation services, data migration, ongoing support and maintenance, and administrator training.

The District intends to enter into a five-year agreement, with annual costs specified for each year and payments made on a yearly basis.
