Professional Learning Communities provide structures and protocols to promote professional collaboration in order to actively progress monitor students’ growth toward proficiency through data analysis and data driven instructional practices. For continuity, Lumberg and Molholm Elementary would like to continue this partnership in order to go deeper with the work and provide training to all staff members, outside of the Guiding Coalition that has participated so far in District trainings.
