To formally publish a Request for Information (RFI) to subsequently announce an Intent to Sole Source if there is not a product or service that has the same features and specifications as the product below.

The District has received a Sole Source Request for Saddleback Publisher supplemental ELL and reading resources for adolescent ELLS, newcomer and beginning level ELLs in 6th – 12th grades. (TERL Phonics Decode, Develop, and Discover; Tween & Teen Emergent Reader Libraries; Go! Welcome Newcomers Tween Library and Welcome Newcomers Library; ELL Teen Literacy and Teen Early Fluency libraries). This sole source resource also includes alignment to Colorado Academic Standards, Colorado English Language Proficiency Standards, and U.S. Dept. of Education Title III (Part A). The Sole Source provider provides progress monitoring tools and training/professional development at minimum of 4 hours for onboarding of the program, plus various complementary training webinars.
