The District seeks to contract with multiple companies to supply as needed for installation and moving service.
Requests may consist of, but are not limited to, moving furniture such as bookcases, file cabinets, desks, boxes, computers, weight rooms, libraries, wood and metal shop equipment.
May be requested to remove and reinstall work surfaces, white boards, storage cabinets and assembly of desks, chairs, tables, carts.
Some projects may require a mandatory walk through, depending on size of project.
The District shall notify contracted Vendors when any particular location requires services. This notification shall include a work-start date that is no less than seven (7) working days out. The vendors shall submit an estimate for the project within five (5) working days.
Some service will be performed on construction sites.

The District further reserves the right to periodically open this RFQ to add more pre-qualified Respondents.
