JCPL is seeking proposals from qualified companies to become its primary source (minimum of 70%) for print materials (including, but not limited to books, large print, board books), and related services. To understand the volume that 70% could represent, in 2022 our print budget was $2,040,000. JCPL is the third largest public library system in the state of Colorado and serves a population of more than 594,000 people at 10 library locations, one bookmobile, and numerous Lending & Express locations. JCPL is an independent agency of Jefferson County and is governed by the six members of the Jefferson County Public Library Board of Trustees. JCPL currently uses the Innovative Interfaces Inc. (Innovative) Sierra library system. JCPL seeks to establish a 1-year contract, with access to 4 annual renewals, with one vendor.
