Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking bids for the construction of an Owner supplied 20' x 46' PEMB. Owner has pre purchased the PEMB from General Steel Corporation.
PEMB has been delivered to the site.
Work under this contract will include the following
· Permitting from AHJ.
· Survey and layout as needed.
· Excavation and backfill for foundation.
· Backfill will be tested for compaction under Owner scope.
· Installation of concrete foundation according to Alliance Engineeering dated 2/11,2024 drawings.
· Erection of PEMB according to General Steel Corporation manufacturer specs and design.
Mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on September 5th, at the Maintenance shop at 5900 Tennyson St Arvada CO. 80002.
Question submission deadline will be at 4:00 pm on September 12th 2025.
Questions will be answered electronically thru Bidnet.

100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for bids over $50,000.00. If required, include bond costs in bid amount.
Work may begin as soon as contract is awarded
60 calendar days will be allowed for completion.
$500.00 per day liquidated damages will apply for late completion.
Any permits required by Adams County will be by Contractor.
Permit fees will be in addition to the bid amount.
All materials and labor will be supplied by contractor except the PEMB steel package.
Testing and quality control of backfill and concrete will be by owner.
Contractor will safeguard work area.
