1-21 - 2021 Baseball/Softball Uniforms

The Highlands Ranch Metro District is currently accepting written quotations for jerseys, hats and visors for our 2021 Youth T-Ball, Baseball and Girl’s Softball season.  The deadline dates are as follows:
 

• All written quotations must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 14

• The company receiving the bid will be notified by Tuesday, January 19

• If awarded the bid, we will need sample jerseys, in a variety of sizes and colors, to use at our office for sizing.

• The initial bulk order (approximately 75%) will be placed by Friday, April 9.  Delivery to the HRMD office must be made by Friday, May 7

• A second smaller bulk order will be placed by Friday, April 23.  Delivery to the HRMD office must be made no later than Friday, May 14

• If awarded the bid, it is recommended that a sample of each embroidered hat and visor be submitted to HRMD for final approval

• Clearly identify brand names and product numbers

• Include with your bid any links, catalogs or pictures of the jerseys, hats and visors. I want to make sure that I am clear on exactly which jersey, hats and visor you are quoting.   

• Please include any additional charges such as:

• Artwork and set up fees
• Delivery costs
• Cost to order additional jerseys, hats and visors after the initial order has been placed
