Description

The Authority seeks to purchase a minimum of one, but up to two, new aircraft passenger loading ramps to supplement the Airport’s passenger loading bridges during times of construction and aircraft diversion activities. The aircraft passenger loading ramps must be able to serve our existing aircraft fleet mix while meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for passenger boarding, as well as related regulations and standards issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation, and reflect the latest in aircraft passenger loading ramps features and technology. The current aircraft fleet making regular use of the Airport ranges from the Bombardier CRJ-200 up to the Airbus A-320.

Bids should be in PDF form and no longer than six (6) 8 ½” by 11” pages, including the IFB Cover Sheet & Signature Page. The IFB Cover Sheet & Signature Page should be the first page of the PDF. Offerors should submit one PDF file that contains all required information.
