Grand Junction Housing Authority (“GJHA”) is soliciting competitive Proposals from qualified and interested companies for reconstruction and repairs to units and attic space that were damaged during an incident at 1950 Barcelona Way, Units F201, F202, F203, and F204, Grand Junction, CO 81503, involving the Grand Junction Police Department SWAT Team. Tear gas and OC pepper spray were used, and the entire situation resulted in significant physical damage to the units and attic areas. All requirements, including but not limited to services and Scope of Work, should be verified by Proposer prior to submission of a Proposal.
