08-2025 RFP MAINT - Janitorial Services - Multiple Properties

Grand Junction Housing Authority (“GJHA”) is soliciting Competitive Proposals from qualified and interested companies to provide janitorial services at multiple properties, including both commercial office environments and residential apartment buildings (common areas only, no private residential spaces). All requirements, including but not limited to services and Scope of Work, should be verified by Proposer prior to submission of Proposal.
