Description

The work to be performed generally includes: North Well Vault Project This project generally includes the removal, purchase, and installation of the following: removal of existing asphalt pavement, pump vault, and potable water storage tank. Install a new pump vault with distribution pumps, three (3) potable water storage tanks, and a well pump, including all necessary yard piping and electrical facilities. Bid shall be submitted on a Lump Sum basis. The entire cost of the work and the material necessary to complete all items shown or implied on the Construction Drawings or specified herein shall be included. Copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from: Andrew Adamowski or Randy Gabriel, PE, Goldsmith Metropolitan District, 8351 E. Belleview Avenue, Denver, CO 80237, Phone: (303) 790-0345 Copies of Drawings and Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at the Engineer’s address during normal working hours after 10:00 a.m., local time on December 29, 2023. One copy of the Drawings and Project Specifications for use in preparing Bids (available December 29th , 2023 after 10:00 am). A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for January 5 th , 2024 at 1:00 pm at 8351 E. Belleview Avenue, Denver, CO 80237.
