Overview

Gilpin County Fair
The 2018 Gilpin County Fair will be celebrating its 26th Anniversary with exciting activities and performances for all ages. Enjoy free rides, a rodeo, petting zoo, merchandise booths, contests and much more. Join us August 18 and 19, 2018 at the Gilpin County Fairgrounds (located outside Black Hawk, CO). Rides & Entertainment

Gilpin County Fair is interested in having the following rides and entertainment:

Bungee trampoline- 4 person (such as the euro or salto trampoline)
Giant, 2-lane dry slide inflatable
Human hamster balls with track/course
Stunt jump/drop inflatable
Bounce house- approx. 15’x15’
Monster tricycles and/or bicycles
Gold/gem panning sluice

Rides and entertainment will operate:

Saturday, August 18 from 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday, August 19 from 10:00am-3:00pm

Service/Requirements

Contractor:

In your proposal, please include all attendants needed.
Must carry public liability and property damage liability Insurance with “Gilpin County” as additional named insured in the amount of $1,000,000/$2,000,000.
Must not employ illegal aliens.

Gilpin County Fair may provide:

Lodging cabins for attendants.
Electrical power for rides.The County reserved the right to reject any or all proposals and accepts no responsibility for the cost of proposal preparation.

The County reserves the right to cancel the whole or any part of a contract issued as a result of this RFP due to failure of the Contractor to carry out any term, promise or condition of the contract. The County will issue a written notice of default to the Contractor for failing to act in compliance with the terms and conditions of such contract.
