Gilpin County is seeking to develop long term plans and budgets for our Facilities and Assets through Condition Assessment and Reserve Analysis Reporting. Firms with experience in facility/asset condition assessments, building inspections, and reserve analysis report development for municipal and/or commercial facilities and infrastructure will be best suited for this project. A proposal to provide reports for each of the sixteen sites or assets will be required. The sites and facilities vary in size, and function. A wide breadth of knowledge on commercial and municipal facilities, equipment, materials, assets, and systems combined with reserve budget planning experience will best serve Firms for successful completion of this project.
