Description

Garfield County Public Library District (District) requests the submission of proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (Plan) to guide facilities planning and improvements as described in this RFP. The Plan will serve as a guide to the District’s capital program requests as we seek to provide superior library services to meet the growing and evolving needs of Garfield County, Colorado in the 21st Century.
The Plan will enable the District to respond appropriately and effectively to changes in community demographics, technology and telecommunications development, service expectations, and other future needs. Once complete, the Plan will be an asset to the District’s ongoing planning efforts, and a guide to the ideal sequence for branch improvements and/or construction of new facilities.
Selection of a proposal will be made pursuant to the process described in this RFP.

Proposals must be made in writing and signed by the proposer or its authorized representative. Proposals shall be limited in length to no more than 50 single-sided pages, including samples, photographs and graphic materials.
Proposers must submit their proposals on a flash drive and also submit the original and three paper copies of their proposals in a sealed envelope marked “Facilities Master Planning Services RFP for Garfield County Public Library District” to
