Summary of Specifications:
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Garfield, Colorado by and through its Contract Administrator and the Garfield County Fairground Manager is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from competent Fire Sprinkler Systems Design/Builder Contractor. The work shall generally include all fire sprinkler system design and documentation, construction services including but not limited to demolition, removal, salvaging and disposal of items as necessary. It shall also include all installation of new items as shown on the contract drawings and as called for in the drawings and specification for the Garfield County Fairgrounds Indoor Riding Arena Fire Sprinkler System Renovation. All other spaces within the Indoor Arena shall remain functional at all times and shall be protected against dust, debris, etc. and other distractions that may occur due to the renovation of the Arena Fire Sprinkler System.
