Summary of Specifications:
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Garfield, Colorado by and through its Contract Administrator and the Garfield County Road & Bridge Department is accepting bids for construction of the West Garfield County Landfill Trench 4B, with the terms; conditions and specifications contained in the bid documents for IFB 38-06.
A mandatory pre-bid Conference and walk-thru; will be held June 20 at 10:00 A.M. This conference will be held at the West Garfield County Landfill Gatekeeper Office, 0075 County Road 246, Rifle, CO. All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the bid document. Because Garfield County considers such a conference to be critical to understanding the bid requirements, attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory to qualify as a bidder. After the pre-bid meeting, County staff will show vendors sit for the construction of trench 4B.
