A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit shall be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Beginning at the Garfield County Administration Building located at 108 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. We will then move to 504 21st Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601, and finish at 2014 Blake Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The purpose of this conference and site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County and design personnel in order to ask questions to better prepare their respective Bids.

Garfield County will only accept electronic bid submissions. All bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids are submitted prior to bid closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS.
