In accordance with 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”) Garfield County is soliciting proposals from professional healthcare providers to provide inmate medical healthcare services and Jail Based Behavioral Services (JBBS) programs that include Mental Health Expansion (MH Exp) program, the Substance Use Disorder program (SUD) and the Jail Medicated Assistance Treatment program (JMAT) at the Garfield County Jail.
