Garfield County is looking for qualified individuals or companies to submit catering proposals for the county-hosted Energy & Environment Symposium. Food and beverage service will be for 210-230 people on April 17 & 18, 2024. The Symposium event provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks for attendees each day (Wednesday, April 17 and Thursday, April 18, with event set up on April 16) who attend to hear a series of presentations for an audience that ranges from 210-230 throughout each day. Event venue is the sanctuary room, kitchen, and foyer of New Hope Church, 880 Castle Valley Blvd, New Castle, Colorado.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. An optional solicitation site visit shall be held on December 14, 2023, at 02:00 P.M. in the New Hope Church, located at 880 Castle Valley Blvd, New Castle, CO 81647. The purpose of this site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County personnel to ask questions to better prepare their respective Proposals. While this site visit may not be mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged because Garfield County personnel may not be available at any other time.

All proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/garfield-county . It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic proposals are submitted prior to proposal closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS.
