A mandatory solicitation pre-bid conference shall be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the project site located at 107 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The purpose of this conference is to view the work areas and give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County to ask questions to better prepare their respective Proposals.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Garfield County will only accept electronic proposal submissions during the COVID-19 crisis. All proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic proposals are submitted prior to proposal closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603. Electronic proposals shall be uploaded as a single PDF file.
