Event Note

A mandatory solicitation conference and/or site visit shall be held on Tuesday December 19, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. The site visits will begin in Glenwood Springs and will conclude in Rifle. The first site visit will be held at the Garfield County Sheriff's Office Detention Center located at 107 8th St., Glenwood Springs Colorado, and then move to the Garfield County Fairgrounds located at 1001 Railroad Ave., Rifle Colorado. The purpose of this conference and/or site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County personnel to ask questions to better prepare their respective Proposals. This conference and/or site visit is mandatory.

All proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) athttps://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/garfield-county. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic proposals are submitted prior to proposal closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603 ext. 2.
