FRCC-22-02-W - Renovation for Online Learning at FSC

Front Range Community College is intereseted in renovating approximately 2,000 square feet for a new Online Learning Administration Office Suite at the Westminster Campus.  The renovation will occur inside the old vacant Faculty Support Center.
The renovation will require demonlition of existing ceilings, walls, and doors.  Modifications to the exisitng corridor doors, masonry walls, and hollow metal window frames will be requird.  The renovation is assumed to have approximately eight offices and an open work area utilizing finishes like recent renovations.  A diagram of the existing conditions and the concept for the new office suite is attaached in the RFP Exhibit D.
