Corporate Solutions, a division of the Workforce Development department, is seeking proposals from qualified trainers in the areas of Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Leadership Development. The Workforce Development department at Front Range Community College provides a range of non-credit and customized training classes in technical and essential skills to address employer workforce development needs. In order to meet those needs, the department contracts with trainers/consultants who have subject matter expertise in a variety of industry sectors, strong adult learning and instructional skills, and significant experience with training, coaching, consulting, and hands-on implementation. The department engages trainers on a project-based and not as regular full-time employees.
