To remove and replace the roofing on all (3) buildings known as Centennial Residence Halls
Contractor will be responsible for demolition of existing built up roofing, flashing, gutter channel,
all the way to structural concrete “Ts”, make repairs to deteriorated areas of structural concrete
“Ts”, install insulation board and nail base, install new standing seam roofing, install fascia,
gutter, and downspout systems. Project will take place between May 15th and August 15th, 2023.
