Fort Lewis College requests proposals to provide professional health benefits brokerage
services. Fort Lewis College provides health benefits for over 500 employees, offering both
single and dependent coverage. The College has been part of a health trust managed by
Colorado Higher Education Insurance Benefits Alliants Trust (CHEIBA Trust), and the College will
consider all coverage models. The selected form shall assist in the most advantageous
placement of insurance coverage, including but not limited to the terms and conditions of
coverage, continuity cost and detailed reporting of claims, shall keep the College abreast of
regulation and law changes, along with training appropriate employees in the administration of
these changes, and shall be capable of providing a full range of value-added services.
