Evergreen Park & Recreation District (“EPRD”) invites qualified companies (“Respondents”) to
submit their proposals for the removal and disposal of the slate tile flooring on the first level and
the carpet in the entire Wulf Recreation Center and then installation of new tile flooring on the
first level and carpet in the entire Center. Selected respondent and all subcontractors shall
conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary building permits for the
project
