Description

Evergreen Park & Recreation District (“EPRD”) invites qualified companies (“Respondents”) to
submit their proposals for the Buchanan Park Recreation Center (BPRC) replacement of the
existing pool perimeter gutter drain grating with inclusive adaptors and caulking. Dispose of
existing deck tiles around the pool and replace with a concrete deck. Selected respondent and all
subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary
building permits for the project.
