Description

The scope of work for this RFP, Parking Lot Project, encompasses new seal coat, crack fill,
concrete curb removal and replacement, asphalt removal and replacement, and installation of two
concrete ramps for better ADA Accessibility and parking lot lines painting. Selected Respondent
and all subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all
necessary building permits for the project. The intention is for the project to be complete by September 30, 2018
