RFP 2023 - BPRC MAU Replacement Project

Evergreen Park & Recreation District (“EPRD”) invites qualified companies (“Respondents”) to submit their proposals for the replacement, removal and disposal of the existing Make Up Air Unit at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center with a new Make Up Air Unit of similar type. Selected respondent and all subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and secure all necessary building permits for the project. The scope of work for this RFP, BPRC MAU Replacement Project, encompasses the removal and disposal of the existing MAU unit (Renzor Model #RPBL600-8-S-MV-H, Serial # 3BBF396GF08). Then the installation of a new MAU unit of similar type.
