Description

Evergreen Park & Recreation District (“EPRD”) invites qualified companies (“Respondents”) to
submit their proposals for the remodel of the Evergreen room at the Buchanan Park Recreation
Center. Including removal and disposal of existing carpet, installation of an athletic wood floor
and the installing of mirrors on one wall. Selected respondent and all subcontractors shall
conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary building permits for the
project. The successful Respondent will be awarded a Service Agreement likely by the April 21, 2017.
The intention is for the project to be complete by May 31, 2017.
