The work to be performed generally includes: Sandblasting and recoating interior and exterior surfaces of the Cordillera West 1 Water Storage Tank, which is a 400,000-gallon, above-ground, steel tank. Additional work includes spot repairs to the tank floor, installing a cathodic protection system, a new vent, a new hatch, a handrail, retaining wall repairs, minor site grading, and a new drain pipe and valve.
