Energy Resource Center's Sterling location is seeking competitive bids from HVAC contractors for repairs and services on residential homes. Tasks included but not limitied to installation of HVAC equipment on site built and mobile/modular homes and repairs.

Services are typicaly on older residential units, usually occupied. This is not an exclusive contract with ERC, but rather a bid for the best pricing.

Bidder acknowledges that by submitting a bid they are not debarred under System for Award Management (SAM) guidelines. (SAM.gov).
