2021-000-002 - RDAB Block Renovations

As part of the 2016 bond passed by the community of Englewood, the School District was able to accumulate project savings and bond premiums to allow them to renovate the Roscoe Davidson Administrative Building and the Duell Service Center and bus parking. In 2019 Englewood Schools completed preliminary programing that mostly holds true today with some slight modifications. This is the basis of our project and are attached to this RFQ.
