Description

The Central Colorado Co-op is seeking combined proposal for the services of Prime Vendor Distributor. Combined, the Co-op prepares approximately 12.6 million meals a year (data from 2018-2019 school year). Food and Nutrition Services is a self-supporting department, and general fund monies are not utilized to support these operations. The Co-op participates in the USDA School Lunch, Breakfast, After School Snack Program, Summer Food Service Program, the Fruit and Vegetable Program, Child and Adult Care Food Programs, and commodity food programs as well as, a la carte sales, school stores and concessions.
