2021-000-001 - New Gym Floor Demo and Replacement at The Englewood Campus

Englewood School District desires to solicit firm price quotations relating to a
complete gym floor demolition and replacement with new maple 2 1/4” 3/4 wood floor.

Graphics to match what is existing at The Englewood Campus, some are stained into wood vs paint.
The district is open to taking alternatives to graphics and or requesting additional graphics please have
an add alternate for paint being changed to stain instead of traditional paint where allowed by
regulations. EPS will provide CHSAA regulations if needed.

Contractor must verify the existing floor and installation condition to match the new floor with the
condition of the current floor as it is not typical to floor on slab installation.

Project to start June 1, 2021 and be completed no later than August 1, 2021. dates may be somewhat fluid.
