Description

Englewood Schools currently prints over 2.4 million images annually, with around 250,000 produced on networked printers (3% in color). The district also generates approximately 181,000 prints monthly from its fleet of 20 WAC and 21 desktop printers, 9 of which are color printers. The current copier lease expires on 6/30/25, and the district plans to align all software, equipment, and service leases with the upcoming Imaging refresh. The chosen vendor will be responsible for removing and replacing existing equipment, excluding the district-owned printers.
Proposals for Englewood Schools' Imaging Solution should focus on two main areas: desktop printers and convenience copiers. Solutions must be compatible with both PC and Macintosh operating systems.
