East Larimer County Water District (ELCO) (Owner) is undertaking construction of a recharge basin used to fulfill groundwater recharge requirement. The project site is located east of Ault Co. at the southeast corner of Hwy 14 and Weld County Road 37. Project entails the following:

Construction of two (2) groundwater recharge basins and construction and installation of supporting elements used to fulfill groundwater recharge requirements. The work consists of the excavation of the recharge cells, hauling of excavated material, installation of new ditch laterals and related equipment, site and slope grading, and site restoration.
