INTRODUCTION
Elbert County Government is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to perform pre-construction services and manage the scope of construction services associated with the Elbert County Public Works Road and Bridge Division Shop (Project). The Project consists of construction of a new public works maintenance, storage and office facility with site fencing, landscaping, drives, parking, salt shed, fuel island and outdoor storage. The Project will be located in Kiowa, CO near the intersection of County Road 134 and State Highway 86 on a County-owned property on approximately 17 acres.
Wold Architects and Engineers, the Project Architect, is scheduled to complete Design Development on 10/01/2021, and Construction Documents 2/25/2022. Elbert County anticipates the need for an early pre-engineered building Bid Package that will be available as early as November 1 and no later than December 1, 2021. The CMGC must obtain substantial completion for the new facility no later than 2/01/2023.

Geotechnical Engineer and Materials Testing: Ground Engineering
