El Paso County Public Health (EPCPH) aims to enter into a contract with multiple transportation providers who will agree to consistently respond to EPCPH requests to transport communicable disease patients. This service will support El Paso County Public Health's mission to promote and protect public health and environmental quality across El Paso County by mitigating the spread of communicable disease.

El Paso County Public Health is seeking to contract with multiple transportation providers who will be available on an on-call basis for immediate transport of individuals identified as having a communicable disease, such as COVID-19. Transportation providers will need to be available 24/7/365 for transport of patients, generally from a hospital or shelter to a lodging option that is identified by El Paso County Public Health, such as a specific hotel or motel.
