RFP-24-010 - On-Call Real Estate Broker Services

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced local real estate brokers/firms to assist in buying and or selling real property and land required to meet the needs of the County. It is the intent of this RFP to have a successful firm enter into a professional services contract with the County to supply on-call real estate services as outlined herein. This will be an on-call contract and the County does not guarantee the volume of the services needed in local to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the On-Call Real Estate Broker Services for El Paso County Facilities & Strategic Infrastructure Management.
El Paso County identifies projects which at times may require selling or acquisition of property, land and/or buildings. El Paso County is seeking proposals from experienced local real estate brokers/firms to assist in buying and or selling real property and land required to meet the needs of the County.
