SOQ-24-036 - On-Call General Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary to provide prompt and efficient service for On-Call General Maintenance, Repair, and Installation Services in multiple categories for El Paso County’s Department of Facilities & Strategic Infrastructure Management.  Various County departments and/or Project Managers may utilize the services provided under the awarded contracts on individual projects or tasks with combined disciplines from $0.00 to $150,000. If a project is anticipated to exceed $150,000, the County will follow the previously utilized procedure and regulations and provide for competition of the project through a formal and open competitive process. Multiple contractors may be selected in each individual category and a Contractor(s) may be awarded multiple service categories. The Contractor does not have to be capable of providing service for every category in the Scope of Work to submit a proposal.
